FAMILY LAW:

Our practice covers every area of family law, including Custody and Access proceedings, Separation Agreements, Fertility Law and Divorce.  We appear regularly at motions, case conferences, settlement conferences and trials before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice, and for family law appeals before the Divisional Court and Ontario Court of Appeal.   

WILLS AND ESTATES:

We assist in all areas of estate planning, including preparation of simple and complex wills, drafting powers of attorney, estate administration, estate litigation, and appearances before the Consent and Capacity Board.

CHILD PROTECTION:

We zealously advocate for families whose children have been apprehended by one of the provincial Children's Aid Societies.  We regularly represent clients in Child Protection proceedings at both the Ontario Court and Appellate level. 

ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

Okola Law offers mediation services for parties who wish to resolve their conflict amicably outside of the courts, particularly in the area of family law and in the community context.
